The Gaudan Learning Program is a series of learning modules utilizing effective learning methodologies to help learners better appreciate and absorb knowledge and skills in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction, while developing soft skills and the enthusiasm in learning.

Seeing the dire need of skilled human resource for a sustainable future, Gaudan Architecture therefore created a syllabus of training modules that is project-based, experiential, and multi-disciplinary in approach. We divided the modules into 3 main categories:

1. ArchiLab - a workshop studio where learners can gain hands-on experience on how to effectively use materials and tools whilst learning different methods to develop common sense, critical thinking, and creativity; and instill safety practices and discipline.

2. ArchiWalk - we take learning beyond the classroom setting by firsthand exposure to architectural and engineering feats (or failures) as part of the learning process. A guided tour from residential buildings to skyscrapers, museums to public spaces, ArchiWalk can help learners experience the structures using senses like sight, sound, and touch, with the aim of translating these experience into designs that answers human's utilitarian and artistic needs.

3. ArchiTalk - learners can deepen their learning through seminar and classroom type exchange of knowledge. We invite qualified mentors to share their knowledge and experiences in the industry and also to be sources of inspiration for aspirants to become masters in their chosen field
