SSpS Projects

We handle various projects for SSpS such as the renovation of the existing convent, construction of a new building inside the convent compound in Quezon City. We also designed the parking building of the Holy Spirit School in Fairview, Quezon City, and currently managing the project for construction. The electrical fit-outs of the SSpS Convent in Baguio City is also currently underway.

Laguna Lake Development Authority

As project manager for the building of the Laguna Lake Development Authority along East Ave, Quezon city, we ensure compliance to the Green Building Code and its guidelines. Thus, in doing so, this building is Berde Certified 3 Stars.

Girl Scout of the Philippines

Girl Scout of the Philippines compound is a landmark in Baguio City, and serves as a National Campsite and Training Center. The project management service is to ensure proper construction on the improvements of the log cabin, refurbishing of all rooms, and ensuring all amenities, kitchen equipment, furnitures, fittings, accessories, etc. are properly installed and functioning.
